Lemon Balm: A Busy Bitch's Best Friend

Work hard, play hard. Am I right or am I right? Listen, we’re all out here trying to get those coins, babe.

We’re putting our education first because we know that knowledge is power. I’m not even talking formal education here, girl.

I’m talking every time you read an article because you know it’s going to better you in the future, because it seems interesting because you want to learn something new (like right now) the universe is blessing you with favor!!!

Because there is a difference between comfort and complacency, you feel me? Like resting because you know you did a good job is one thing. But refusing to learn more because you think you fuckin’ made it? Nuh-uh, girl. That shit ain’t gonna cut it.

So let me introduce you to my all-time favorite study tea: Lemon Balm. This easy to find garden herb will give you the energy you need to get to your next level!

If you’re not familiar with Lemon Balm, it’s another type of mint that grows everywhere. Herbalists have been using it for thousands of years as a calming herb for people who are having a hard time bringing their thoughts from their head to their mouth.

Lemon balm is like your best bitch. You can’t ever get enough of her. She forces you to a higher state mentally and helps you process through tough emotions without making you anxious.

If you are cramming for a big test, studying your notes for a big meeting, trying to summon the strength to get up for the baby when you’ve worked all day-- Lemon Balm is FOR YOU!

In multiple clinical tests, lemon balm has proven to help people focus and recall details, particularly in the fields of math and science. It’s hella safe, so you can take as much as you need. Tests have also shown that the more you take, the better the results are.

It’s a powerful remedy for people like me who have ADHD, OCD, and/or panic disorder. (I know, it’s a lot.) But it’s equally helpful for busy businesswomen, moms, and students.

“Why,” you ask?

Because lemon balm has been clinically proven to improve concentration and help you chill the fuck out!

One of the more upsetting symptoms of anxiety is restlessness. Now this can range from having a hard time falling asleep to straight up insomnia, but either way Lemon Balm is your best friend.

Because of its relaxing nature, lemon balm is sometimes used in after-dinner teas. It’s been used to facilitate relaxing, deep sleep that gives you amazing energy the next day!

If taken during the day, sometimes mixed with green tea and nutritive herbs like oatstraw, nettle, and rosehip, Lemon Balm tea can be the perfect pick me up.

It’s safe AF to take every day or several times a day.

It’s easy to find online and fuckin’ easy to grow. It’s that extra boost you need to feel like you’re embodied and ready to take on anything life throws at you. Get yours, girl. You won’t regret it.
